What is Arthroscopy?

Arthroscopy is a minimally invasive procedure where a small camera called an arthroscope is inserted through a tiny incision into the joint. It projects a live image on screen, allowing Dr. Karwasra to see, diagnose, and treat joint problems with precision — without large cuts or long hospital stays.
Surgical instruments are passed through 1–2 additional small cuts to repair damaged tissue, remove loose fragments, or fix torn ligaments. Because the incisions are barely 1 cm, patients experience far less pain, minimal scarring, and a significantly faster recovery than traditional open surgery.

Knee Arthroscopy

Most common — treats ligament tears (ACL/PCL), meniscus injuries, cartilage damage, and loose fragments inside the knee joint.
